All items are made to order and shipped from the United Kingdom with a processing time of up to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delays or costs resulting from the customs clearance process.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Upon dispatch, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

  • Tracking information will be activated on the carrier's website within 24 hours of dispatch.
  • For UK Standard Shipping, tracking activates upon the first delivery attempt.
  • For Express, EU, and International shipments, comprehensive tracking is available throughout the entire shipping journey.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Frame & Sculpture is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
